We start off with a detailed stocktaking as to the -future- facility necessities of your company. On that base we present a recommendation concerning desirable and necessary product and/or services. The next phase involves planning and budgets. At this point we give you various procedure proposals to realise the project as smoothly as possible.

When is decided which proposition best suits your needs, we conduct all necessary negotiations on your behalf. We will also maintain contacts with suppliers to make sure that all products and services are incorporated into your company seamlessly and always on time. As said before, without any worries for you. From the first recommendation to the successful realisation, we remain the point of address and responsible for the whole project so you can focus on growing your business.

Pactor takes care of all aspects concerning facility management. You can think of selective services but we also realise total turnkey projects.

Our customers work with us for many reasons. Some see the fact that their facility costs are not being fixed as a great advantage. Others do not need their own domestic facility management.
